The refresher is based on the maintenance & continuing airworthiness aviation feedback, occurrence reporting and the main factors of changes (technology and regulations) by taking into consideration the human performances and human limitations.
Objectives of the course:
The course aims to fulfil the following pedagogical objectives:
This one-day refresher training is a reminder of Human Factors in aviation maintenance environment and describes the complementarity with Safety Management Systems.
