Train the trainer – Refresher & Introduction to latest training techniques
This one-day course focuses on addressing different problems faced by the instructor in their daily practice, as well as on the evolution of teaching methods versus the human performance concern, and on new topics.

This course’s content focuses on different problems faced by the instructor in their daily practice, on the evolution of teaching methods versus the human performance concern, and on new topics.
This course aims to maintain and update the instructor’s competencies so that to maximize the training action aspects such as course-design, animation, communication, and evaluation.
Through practical workgroups, and reminders of topics from the initial training, the participants will share their experiences and profit from others’ best practices.
