This course provides the attendants with an understanding of the structure of (EU) 1321/2014 Continuing Airworthiness Regulations and provides a focus on Annex Vd (Part CAO) for organisations involved in maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft other than complex of private and commercial operators other than air carriers licensed i.a.w. Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008.

Objectives of the course:
  • The course aims to fulfil the following pedagogical objectives:
    EASA regulatory system and structure
  • Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 and amendments thereof
  • Annex Vd, (Part-CAO) and the relevant AMCs & GM with respect to organisational, personnel and maintenance requirements
  • Annex I,(Part M), Annex Vb (Part-ML) and the relevant AMCs & GM with respect Continuing airworthiness requirements
  • interrelations to other relevant requirements of Part-66 and Part-21
