Bombardier BD-700 Series (RRD BR700-710) B1 Theoretical
This 16-day Type Training Course for the Bombardier BD-700 Series aircraft equipped with (RRD BR700-710) engines, was developed for maintenance personnel having a technical background education, and provides the theoretical knowledge necessary for an EASA Part 66 license type endorsement.
The syllabus is based on the Air Transport Association Specification 104 recommended guidelines at the Level III. The training syllabus also meets the requirements of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 Annex III, EASA Part 66, Appendix III, level III for line and base maintenance training.
Q.C.M. quality control management AG is an organisation approved in accordance with Part-147 by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA)
Technical aeronautical personnel and aeronautical maintenance personnel.
The trainee:
• shall be able to read and write in English;
• shall have a technical background education;

The duration of training is based on the number of required training hours and level of training according to the recommended guidelines of ATA 104 and Appendix III of EASA Part 66.
Level III
On completion of this course, the student will:
- have the detailed theoretical knowledge of the aircraft’s applicable systems, their operation, maintenance and troubleshooting to Aircraft electrical, airframe, power plant systems and applicable components including limited training in avionic LRU’s systems, equipment, interior and applicable components.
- be able to identify / locate the major components associated with each system.
- know how to use technical manuals as well as approved data and procedures.
- have knowledge of relevant inspections and limitations applicable to human and environmental factors.

Q.C.M.’s technical training courses meets the EASA requirements for line and base maintenance.
Minimal participation time is at least 90%. A passing score of 75% or above is requested for certification.
The instruction method for the class is classroom discussion (lectures) along with classroom participation (questions, comments). Participants are certainly encouraged to participate throughout each session.
