This course introduces the civil aviation regulatory system of the U.S.A., including the relevant regulations to perform and record maintenance, to issue the approval for return to service, and the regulations relevant for a Part-145 certificated repair station.

Objectives of the course:

This course familiarizes the participants with the civil aviation regulations of the United States of America with the emphasis on maintenance, preventive maintenance, rebuilding, and alteration, covering Part 39, Part 43 and Part 145 of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

Participants will learn how these regulatory requirements can be implemented into the organization to fulfil all legal requirements.
