Born and raised in Switzerland, Aylin has always been interested in aviation, watching airplane documentaries with her father from a young age. This fascination led her to the aviation industry. Aylin’s passion for creating positive experiences for customers through appreciation and enthusiasm, combined with her passion for aviation, is what drew her to QCM, where she currently works as a receptionist and hotel coordinator.

Outside of work, Aylin enjoys hiking with her dog, engaging in regular weight training, and exploring new destinations through travel. She also enjoys acrylic painting and is in the process of learning acoustic/electric guitar playing.
