Objectives

This two-day course focuses on the content of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1383, Annex Vd, (Part-CAO) and the relevant Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material (AMC & GM) regarding requirements to be met by an organisation who intends to apply for an approval to perform maintenance in accordance with this Annex Vd (Part-CAO) and continuing airworthiness management and airworthiness review in accordance with Annex Vc (Part-ML).

This course covers:

  • the personnel and organisational requirements to such an organisation,
  • the requirements to be met while performing the maintenance and
  • the requirements to be met while performing continuing airworthiness management and airworthiness review.

In addition, the interrelations to other relevant parts of Part-M, Part-66 and Part-21 are covered.
