C-009: Airworthiness Review for ARC Signatories

Basic knowledge of Commission Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 Annex I (Part-M) and amendment thereof.


This one-day course introduces the participants to the system and the legal background of airworthiness review. It discusses in detail paragraphs M.A.707, M.A. 710 and M.A.901 thru M.A.905.

During this course the participants will learn what airworthiness review means, how airworthiness review should be prepared and carried out, and which documentation is to be used.

The course will cover the requirements and conditions under which a permit to fly can be issued

The participants will have a comprehensive knowledge of the requirements and conditions for the issuance of the ARC or Recommendation for the issuance of the ARC.

  • Organisational and personnel requirements for CAMO+ and nominated Airworthiness Review Staff
  • Competences and responsibilities of the CAMO+
  • Conduct of the Airworthiness Review using checklists and completion of relevant administrative documentation
