Q-002: Safety & Quality Management System (Basic Course)

• Accountable Managers and other managing staff from operators, training organisations, Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations, Maintenance Organisations and National Authorities

This course introduces the Safety Management requirements mainly contained in the ICAO Safety Management Manual (ICAO Document 9859). The new EU legislation of April 8^th, 2012, will also be considered. It will illustrate and explain how the participants can effectively and efficiently establish an integrated System that fulfils both, ICAO requirements and EASA requirements to Safety Management Systems and Quality Systems/Compliance Monitoring Systems. The participants will be provided with useful tools and templates.
